I like not having constant internet/computer access. I don't post nearly so much angsty crap as I would if I had the ability to type up everything that was in my head the second I thought of it. Time is a good angst filter.
I dislike not having constant internet/computer access because sometimes I'd feel better getting it out, but by the time I get a chance to, it seems too much like angsty crap.
