Happy six month birthday, Astrid!

Astrid is six months old today. Her big new skill is sitting up, which she can do unassisted for a few minutes at a time. In fact, she's doing it right now. She's pushing up while on her stomach and scooting a little, so I don't expect it will be too long before she's crawling. She loves being outdoors, so it's fortunate the weather is getting nicer. Yesterday she was crying a lot for no apparent reason and drooling like mad, so I expect she's teething.

Gee, how convenient. I went outside to talk to koyote about leaving, and he suggested looking at the wind direction first. It's 19mph from NNW, which is pretty much right in my face, so he's just going to give me a ride. Now I can work on what I wanted to start for a few minutes.
