She's here!

Astrid Thora was born at 9:10 PM. She almost ended up in the toilet, but we caught her in time :)

She's pretty tiny, but has been nursing since she was born so they haven't weighed her yet. I'll update more when we get around to it.

by the way- thank you so very much for emailing me. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and it gives me some comfort for some strange reason. I do plan on emailing you back but I suck at replying to email so it might be a while :)

It's interesting - the baby was born during my participation in a shamanistic ritual. My friends are teasing me about being so bouncy and excited. I can't wait to meet my new housemate!
