*nod* Wen's got the same problem of long torso. But because she's generally got a heat rash I just let her run around in a diaper. The way I did the snap over the shoulder was to pull the tail of the onesie over the shoulder and snap one of the snaps. Cross the chest so it stays in place. It's rather toga like. Alaric calls it silly looking. But it gets more wear out of the onesie, keeps it out of diaper changing mess, and isn't permanent.
