Feb. 28th, 2002 10:22 pmMy body is demanding that I replace every single calorie I've missed over the past several days of Flu of Death within the next 30 minutes.
Actually, it isn't. It simply wants ramen noodles with a poached egg, which really isn't too much to ask considering that my dinner consisted of bites of
koyote's Caribbean food at Delta of Venus (very good...if you're in Davis and haven't tried it, you should, but they only serve it certains times/days) and an odwalla smoothie.
I'm just lazy. I don't want to spend the 5 minutes standing in front of a stove that it takes to create ramen + egg.
But I did it anyway, and now I have ramen with egg. Yum. Except the egg is a bit overcooked. Not bad. Just not as runny as I'd like.
It's quite windy around here tonight. The power has been flickering occasionally.
I'm playing the the random LJ function, and I've actually stumbled across some reasonably interesting journals, which I considered adding to my friends list, but didn't know if they're the type to be freaked out by random people adding them to their friends lists.
I don't believe my stomach is entirely happy with the ramen and egg. Ah well. It'll be good for it in the long run.
