Purple potatos are one of the most wonderful foods ever. Right up there with fractal brocolli.
They're purple all the way through, not just on the outside, so baked potatos are filled with lovely fluffy purple stuff.
They're so pretty :)
Now I am eating homemade mixed berry chocolate chip ice cream. It is purple, too. And yummy.
