Feb. 3rd, 2006 11:40 pmToday was day 30, which means that (assuming my short/long cycle pattern holds) I'm officially late. Which means I'm being frantic and annoying.
The funny thing is that if I didn't need to test due to aikido, I'd probably hold off for at least another week and be a lot less silly about it right now.
Bought a test today, but it was expensive, and peeonastick.com claims that particular test has a lot of weird problems reported right now. And it was expensive. So tomorrow we're returning it and heading off to the dollar store (which supposedly has surprisingly reliable tests for $1.00), but we can't do that before aikido, so I either have to take it easy tomorrow or skip again (which I'd rather not).
Oh well.
I'm feeling vaguely tired and nauseous, but I don't know if that's just lack of sleep, nerves, or psychosomatic. Still having occasional vague crampiness and twinges. I can't remember anything like that pre-period, but that could just be because I don't usually pay close attention. My cervical position doesn't seem the same this month as it did pre-period last month, but I'm no expert on that. No other potential symptoms, though.
I half expect I'll wake up in the morning and find that my period has started, and then I'll feel dumb for posting this :)
