(no subject)
Oct. 13th, 2006 12:32 pmDear motherhood.com,
Please be making non-underwire nursing bras in colors other than white and nude. Underwires lead to plugged ducts. You're going to leave me no choice but to patronize your competitors once I get past the big boob phase and am willing to spend more than $7.99 on a bra.
And the picture on your front page is REALLY REALLY SCARY!
Love,
Jessica
Not that I wouldn't patronize their competitors anyways, but I have a gift card and they do have ugly-ass bras in (hopefully) my size on major sale, as well as an on sale shirt (which is not ugly-ass). Yay.
I haven't had an excuse to order anything online nearly a year. And it is "free" because of the gift card. Such fun! Just type in a few numbers, and a few days later stuff shows up at your door!
I think Astrid is going to be a bee for Halloween. We were gifted with a black and yellow striped tie dyed onsie, and I suppose I can dye something black and stick it underneath for warmth. Maybe do some wings out of something or other.
Leif is a problem. He cries when we ask what he wants to be for Halloween, and seems to hate the idea of going around and getting free candy. Hrm (He did, in fact, enjoy this very much last year). I'm planning to not mention the subject for a week or so and then try again, and if that doesn't work, just go ahead and do something and hope his feelings change on the actual day.
