May. 19th, 2007 10:07 pmBeeb is not wanting to sleep.
It is moving season. Today I found a three drawer dresser which now holds Leif's clothing (which I've been wanting for a while - when he had one drawer, it was too full, and he was constantly throwing clothing all over the floor when looking for something specific. It also nicely solves the problem of how to get the computer out of Beeb's reach, temporarily anyways), a new with tags Hotel del Coronado bag (which is just odd, as I grew up there. Coronado, that is. Not the hotel itself), and a rather new looking apartment style washer that we can probably craigslist for $100 if it works, having no use for it ourselves at the moment.
So much waste. We've done it ourselves when we had to move and couldn't get rid of everything, and it was placed in locations where it was obviously intended to be taken by someone (ie. Not actually in a dumpster), but it still seems amazing. Especially the washer.
I'm 3/4 of the way through another Beebdress. So easy and cute. If I had bias tape I'd finish it for church tomorrow, but I don't, and I can't be bothered finding a matching fabric tonight, assuming we have any. I may though, if this noisy party down the street doesn't shut up, which I don't really expect it will for a few hours at least.
I want to make a few more of these dresses. Except for the lack of sun protection for the arms and shoulders, they're just perfect for summer.
Having a girl baby brings out my girly side, I guess.
