Jun. 9th, 2007 11:20 amAnyone local looking, or know of someone looking, for a place to live next fall?
The "house" (actually, a standalone garage conversion) next to us is available for rent starting in September. 1BR/1BA, $600/mo. I assume that, being a standalone unit, it has cooking facilities and all that. It's cute, the neighborhood has been pretty decent this past year, and the landlord is a private owner and really nice guy.
Also, are any of you all really good at photo editing? We finally have a mostly good picture of the whole family. Unfortunately, the sun is directly behind us through a window, causing a bad glare. Is there anything that can be done about this?
I had some sort of allergic reaction yesterday, and the palms of my hands and soles of my feet are still itchy/sore. This happened to me occasionally when I was a child/teen, and I don't really have a clue what causes it. It started shortly after aikido yesterday, so I wonder if it might have been something used to clean the mats, but it could just as easily be something I ate, or the smoke from the charcoal we used yesterday (my best guess on the severe allergic reaction I had in high school was either the wood or paint of the set I scraped myself on the day it started).
