simplykimberly fosters kittens, and has raised and placed something like 28 in the past year. One kitty, Roo, has developed undiagnosed lung problems, and has been in the animal hospital for more than a week. He's not getting better, but he's not getting worse, either. My understanding is that they think it is pneumonia, which will probably get better with continued supportive care. However, this care is getting very expensive, and at this point he continues to get care because of donations.

But read it even if you don't intend to donate - it's very inspiring to see the amount of support people are showing, and there are cute cat pictures and videos.
I have no hesitation whatsoever about vouching for her. While I have never met her personally,simplykimberly is a very close real life friend of several of my real life friends, and I have seen her responsible involvement in other projects. She fosters responsibly and has the resources to take care of the cats - these expenses just go far above the norm. She specifically requests that people only donate if they have the extra to do so, and does not want anyone to put themselves in any sort of financial hardship in order to help.
