No, I'd say full-fat yoghurt for the second one - and leave off the whipped cream. But then it wouldn't be a "fun" breakfast! :)
You could make a vanilla pudding that wouldn't be so bad. Pudding (American style) is nothing more than a white sauce made with cornstarch, sweetened and flavored as desired. Sweeten it with honey, use real vanilla... it would be nice.

But the first, all nutrition aside, is just too horrible to contemplate.
