From a recipe for cookies with cocoa powder in them:

Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until crisp and light brown on bottoms.

WTF? They're dark brown to begin with! How can "light brown" be an adequate indicator of doneness?

Actually, it is possible, but it takes a discerning eye to notice the slight difference :P
