Oct. 26th, 2006 12:04 pmThis morning I checked the weather, and commented that it was cold out (39F). Leif immediately jumped up and asked if he could wear his new shirt.

koyote bought him a long sleeved shirt, and I'd told him he could wear it when it was colder.
He has too good a memory.
I hate this shirt. It says "Chick Magnet" on it.koyote thinks it's hilarious because everyone always thinks Leif is a girl, so it's messing with society's gender/sexuality expectations and so forth. And anyonewho doesn't think it's funny doesn't have a good sense of humor.
On one hand, yes, I can see that. On the other, it's just wrong, and I'm embarrased to take him out in public dressed like that.
Unfortunately, he adores the shirt. Unfortunately, it's a little too warm to make him stick a sweatshirt over the top.
Thankfully, it looks like he'll grow out of it soon.
