I wrote this yesterday and never posted it, but you can pretend it's about today if you want.

Astrid has spit up on Leif's face 3 times now today. The last time got in his mouth. Perhaps this will cure him of his habit of sticking his face right up in hers, as he does 237589798134804 times a day.

Poor Leif. Smart Astrid.

I've stopped eating dairy products to see if that helps any. So far it hasn't. Not that it means anything - it can take up to two weeks. Now all I want to eat is creamy stuff.

koyote got gouda cheese curds at the farmer's market last Saturday, and I'm sad that I didn't think to eat some before starting this thing.

I think I'm going to gradually cut down on caffeine, too. I do this about every six months, and it lasts for a while, and then somehow I get back in the habit again. I should really quit that.

Leif just told me he has big toes because he eats all day.

Did we tell you about when Wen projectile pooped in Goose's direction and landed only a tiny bit on Goose's shoe? That permanently cured Goose of sticking her face between us and Wen when we changed diapers.
