I have a library book that is due in four days (and can't renew, someone else has it on hold) that I just can't get into. Couldn't get into it last time I checked it out, either.
koyote keeps saying it will get better. I guess I should try to push myself to finish it.
Some books just really aren't worth the effort, no matter how highly others might think of them. Or, it could just be that this is still not the right time for this particular book. In any event - why invest more time that could be used for other things, other books, even?
One fact I didn't mention - I read the first book in the series and enjoyed it. I want to find out what happens. If it were just a random book that other people liked, I doubt I would have even slogged through this much of it.
