I can't remember last night, thank goodness, but the night before I had one dream about intruders, 3 of them, breaking into my childhood home while my Mum and I were in the kitchen, I made her lock the doors. And then Basil woke me up, bless him. Then when I finally got back to sleep I dreamt I was trapped in my Dad's old house with a bunch of posionous snakes. I caught one black and yellow one and milked it before it could bite me, but then another one got out and at that point I yelled at my brothers that given my current state, somebody else needed to round them up and what the heck were they doing bringing them here anyway?
Yup the joy of sleeping when you're me. I hate dreaming. The themes of invasive danger, and my response of having to be incharge of fixing it, and the consequent rage I feel, and barely controlled fear, and cynical exhaustion, are all recurrent dream themes for me, and mirror my daily existence under (what feels like) a curse. GEE maybe this is why I'm fatigued all day!
