I just went to a party without a child attached to me for the first time in 4+ years (5, depending on your definition of "attached" and when exactly ovulation occurred)!

I came home at about 10:00 because Beeb was getting fussy and fighting sleep - so of course she was asleep by the time I got home.

Someday I'll get to stay and see all the wacky hijinks that ensue the moment I leave :) (Wait, that doesn't work, does it? I'd just make the party boring until 2AM by not leaving.)
