Mainly just for my own future reference, if necessary.

I did something to my knee in aikido yesterday. I'm guessing the medial collateral ligament. During stretching, I turned slightly wrong or something, and felt a pop in my knee. Not painful really, but it felt wrong. It was fine through the rest of class, but started aching a bit last night. Today most movement feels fine, but it feels a touch unstable and aches when I twist my leg, though the aching has improved throughout the day, and isn't really noticeable now. It still feels a touch unstable - not so much that I can't support my full weight on it (ie. standing on one foot), but enough that I don't feel entirely comfortable doing so.

I know you said this was mainly for your own reference, but just in case you aren't already doing it and are willing to give it a try... taking arnica montana (homeopathic) in both the pill form and the cream will help that heal super quickly. It works best if you start using it immediately after the injury, but it is still remarkably effective a couple days later as well. It will help with the stability issue, healing it quickly so that it doesn't cause further injury.

Feel free to ignore the unsolicited advice if I'm preaching to the choir or you otherwise don't want it. :-)
