Riding by, I noticed a paper in the window of a local martial arts studio. It looked like an application for a license to sell alcoholic beverages.

Closer examination proved that this was indeed what it was.

ETA: We took a closer look on the way back, and apparently the Asian market next door is moving into that space, and it's a permit transfer notification. Which raises more questions, but at least it isn't the start of Karate Bar.
