Astrid and I were out on our evening stroll. An old woman stood in a driveway across the street from us, holding a backpack and looking forlorn. It twigged my "not right" sense, and I was considering asking if something was wrong.

Then I realized the sirens I was hearing were actually coming up the street towards us.

I hope she's ok.
