The appointment with the new doctor went fine. Baby is measuring essentially on-track, is head-down, and has a heartbeat around 150 (same as usual). My blood pressure is fine, and she didn't notice any other problems.

I still wish I could go back to Davis to actually have the baby, but that really isn't practical.

Now we have to decide between the hospital 6 blocks away from the new apartment or the one 20 minutes away. The one 20 minutes away is the doctor's preferred hospital, and apparently more likely to have private recovery rooms. We've also already had one questionable experience with the close hospital.

Baby is really getting quite uncomfortably high inside my rib cage. Hopefully she'll drop soon.

In a few hours, we'll officially be moved out of corporate housing and into the new apartment. I'll be sending out an email with our new contact info once phone service is working there. Riding high, eh? that's a good sign you're having a boy. It's actually a fairly trustworthy gender-detection method, I don't know why, but it is rarely wrong. You have my email, right? Get me your contact info, please, so we can do lunch :)
