I appear to have the Davis Death Flu. I was really hoping that, being generally healthier this time around, and not working in the sick office, that this would not happen.

Leif appears to be a little sick, but still relatively active and energetic. I really hope he doesn't throw up tonight. And preferably not wet the bed either (which he pretty much only does when he's sick, and has the past several nights).

We can only hope that my brother, who visited this weekend, doesn't get it.

So far, being 26 kind of sucks.

If [livejournal.com profile] koyote gets one of those jobs before you get better, don't be afraid to ask for help with Leifcare stuff. I know how it is to be deathflued *and* be the only parent home with a toddler.

He's at the coop today. If you're doing something involving going outside with the kids, I'm sure Leif would love to come along, but I think I'm doing ok. Better than last night.

If he needs to get out after Blake's left for the day (12:30ish usually) I'll be happy to do it. Blake *and* Leif would just be asking for trouble.

Davis Death Flu is going around already? Yipes! I hope you feel better soon. We haven't been sick since Z got pneumonia in March, various dieties be praised.

Oh, and my hubby, after hearing about your previous bike plight, says that if you get in a bind again and could use some transpo, to call his cell. I'll email that to you in a wee bit...

For all I know, it's West Nile :) I'm at least not having stomach trouble as much anymore, but I'm still achy.

The phone thing would be great - I had a few people I could have called, but none with a car seat. My email is down right now - I'll give you a new address if it isn't fixed within a few days.

tummy flu sucks rocks... I, well, we, had it twice last winter. I don't think I'd thrown up since I was 10 years old, so it was quite terrible.
Glad to hear that the worst seems to have passed...
Hubby is in town, he's going to bring over some get well goodies; do you have any requests? ginger ale? soup?
Oh, I just remembered, if i comment anonymously, only you can read it, right? I can give you his cell number that way.

Yeah, before I came to Davis, I hadn't thrown up in years. After about my second year here, I started getting it every six months or so. Chalked it up to work since both my co-worker and I got sick constantly, which stopped after I moved and she moved to another building at about the same time.

I seem to be keeping stuff down now, but I do appreciate it :)

And yes, commenting anonymously works, and is probably the easiest way right now.

no problemo! We're just sorry he couldn't do it the day before...
Anyway, glad y'all are doing better. B appologizes to Koyote for not being able to gab, but he had a worker on the clock and had to get back to grind
