We're expecting our second baby in mid-October!

I'm reading through my journal from when I was pregnant with Leif. I wish I'd written more, even just private entries. I have no recollection of what the first few weeks, up until I got hit by morning sickness, were like. And there were at least a few of those weeks - I found out in the first week of November, and didn't really get morning sickness until Thanksgiving. The lack of major symptoms is a little disconcerting, even when I know I didn't feel anything this early last time.

Symptoms so far:

Slight crampiness, but less than there was a week ago. Both times around, this seems to have been a symptom for about a week after implantation, and then it went away.

Tiredness. Insomnia. I'm not sure if the insomnia is stress-related or hormone-related (or both), and if that's the main cause of the fatigue, but I wasn't having insomnia before about the time of implantation.

Heartburn at night. This wasn't a problem last time (that I can remember) until the third trimester or so. Or maybe it was - it's pretty mild, and my diet has changed a lot. It's possible I experienced it then, but didn't really notice it because it happened more often in general. (On the other hand - I do specifically remember not being aware of it during the first trimester last time, as my stepsister-in-law was talking about it being one of her early symptoms).

Leif seems less interested in nursing just for the heck of it, which makes me wonder if there's been a flavor change. No real discomfort, thankfully.

A little bit of food sensitivity. I've lost all interest in coffee, and the texture of pears bugs me more than it usually does.

A certain stretch we do in aikido (similar to the plow pose in yoga) is, all of a sudden, uncomfortable and difficult. I never had problems with it before.

I feel I can stretch further already.

Possibly a few little twinges of SPD pain, which I really hope are just me being oversensitive.
