We went to the Pirate Festival yesterday. Was fun. Saw theducks, who I haven't seen in 8 years and a few weeks, as he lives in Australia, and Stacy and Robin, and unfortunately not kikikimi and funjon as Leif started losing it a bit before they could show up.

Leif had much fun, though. I fear he's going to succeed where koyote failed at turning me into a Rennie, damnit.

Leif dressed up in a pirate kilt (yes, I'm sure pirates wear kilts in some universe), and looked terribly cute. Beeb started out wearing a bandana, but didn't put up with it terribly well.





As can be seen from the picture, the men wear the skirts in our house. People either said "Oh, what a cute little pirate girl!" or "Oh, what a cute little utilikilt!" depending on whether or not they were in garb.

Hey, Jack was dressed up in pirate garb yesterday too! (And I posted pictures in a timely fashion for once - lol.) Great minds, right? ;-)
