ocelotAnother seller on ebay copied the picture from one of our auctions. This would be only minorly stinky, except that he claims the picture is a generic photo from HP's website, while specifically mentioning that our auction has the same photo!
We've received very few bids since that auction was posted (though there's no way of telling if this is related or not). We can't modify our description because the auction ends in 3 hours. Basically, he's screwing us by saying the picture we are using is not an actual picture of the item we're selling.

koyote brings up the fact that this is basically interstate fraud. Whee! :)
I don't know what it is about ebay. For months we go along with everything going fine, and within the past 3 weeks we have several non-paid items, a $300 item gone missing (after we shipped it), and now this. Grr.
